Ponchatoula, did we just see snow? It’s true! For the first time since 2017, we woke up to a magical winter wonderland, and it was nothing short of historic. From frosty front yards to snowmen popping up around town, it was a rare and beautiful moment that reminded us just how special life in Ponchatoula can be. (And if you still have snowball fight photos, we want to see them!)
As we melt back into normalcy, it’s a slower week ahead—perfect for catching your breath after all the excitement. This week brings creative workshops, meetups for knitters and artists, and more. Plus, with another Snowman Paint Party on the calendar, it’s not too late to capture those wintry vibes on canvas!
Looking ahead to February, mark your calendars for some truly special events. From wine tastings and the Green and White Gala to Valentine’s dinners, cabarets, and the always-extravagant Strawberry Festival Ball, February is shaping up to be a month filled with celebration, creativity, and community fun.
