Ponchatoula Pulse, April 16th

April 16th-22nd, 2025

This week in Ponchatoula

Well folks… we did it. Another berry sweet Strawberry Festival is in the books—and wow, did Ponchatoula show up! 🍓💃 Between the parade, the nonstop live music, the mountains of festival food, and all the booths run by hardworking farmers and local non-profits, this past weekend was nothing short of magical. Our town was poppin’, and if you’re still finding powdered sugar on your shoes… same.

But don’t worry—just because the big festival is behind us doesn’t mean the fun is slowing down. This week, we’ve got wine tastings, Easter egg hunts, creative camps for the kiddos, poetry contests, and even a little yoga to help us all recover.

Spring has officially sprung in Ponchatoula, and the calendar is blooming with things to do. Let’s keep the good vibes rollin’! 🌸🐣🎨
